Classroom Management Training
Classroom management is one of the most important aspects of teaching. Before lessons can be taught, routines and procedures need to be in place to maintain a structured and safe learning environment. Our methods will enable teachers to create explicit routines and procedures for their classrooms, ensuring students know what to expect when they step into the classroom. This training takes the guesswork out of classroom management, which is especially beneficial for new teachers or teachers coming from alternate certification programs. Our training provides teachers with straightforward classroom management methods that are easy to use and applicable to any grade level.
Professional Learning Community (PLC) Version: This version of our classroom management training allows for professional development to take place anytime throughout the school year, not just the beginning of the year. We will come to your campus and provide a condensed version of our training in 45-minute increments to each grade level throughout one school day.
Half-Day Version: Our half-day training incorporates more methods for teachers to learn than our one-hour or PLC version of this training. It also allows teachers more time to practice these methods to gain a better understanding of how to apply them in their own classrooms.
